JJ and I adopted our cat, So-Hee, from the Southern Pines Animal Shelter. She is named after a member of the Wonder Girls, a Korean girl group in Korea.

Don't Wake Me!

We noticed that our So-Hee had a hot-spot on her neck and we also needed to take her in to get her stitches from her spay checked. I had been to All Animal Clinic before and my family has always used Dr. Frazier. On the way to the vet, I told JJ how great Dr. Frazier was. He really loves animals and made us feel great about adopting So-Hee. He also took great care of So-Hee and she was actually really comfortable at the clinic. As we were leaving the clinic, JJ remarked,” Dr. Frazier is awesome” and I have to agree.

JJ and I have become quite attached to her. She is a sweet cat who loves to sit in your lap. We think that we have already spoiled her too much as she cries when she is not on your lap or shoulder. We have joked about getting a second cat but I really think that one is all we can handle.

Mississippi Snow

To my Korean Family and readers 새해 복 많이 받으세요!! Enjoy your New Year and have some good food for me!!!! I got to speak to a few of my Korean family members tonight and really should have called them back after watching the short track competition. I know that they were upset over the Men’s result tonight. Korea should have taken all three medals but only ended up taking the gold due to a crash between the 2nd and 3rd place Korean racers.

We don’t get that much snow in South Mississippi and when we do, it is a huge deal. We really only got about 4 inches but you would have thought we had had a blizzard. A few pictures from the past couple of days:
