@Diana  Sending our clothes home was a huge hassle.  I think it would be better to get rid of everything and start over!!! Fried food is my downfall.</description>

It&#039;s not direct weight training, but it&#039;s also not cardio.  You get 6 different exercises every single day and they don&#039;t repeat in a month.  You only do each exercise 6 times in sets of 20 seconds.  And the computer keeps track.  If you don&#039;t want to do all six, you can do 2, 4, or 6.
And it&#039;s free.
