Jeju

JJ and I are heading to Jeju-do for the weekend. I didn’t have my DSLR and really didn’t know what I was doing when I was taking pictures last time. I hope that I will be able to get some great photos. We are going to have a busy schedule with visiting relatives and taking care of some other items before heading back to Mississippi in a couple of months. I know that we will be heading off to a couple of locations that I have been wanting to photograph for about a year now. I really hope to come across some of the 해녀 lady divers that Jeju is famous for.

I am also looking forward to having some super fresh seafood. I always enjoy JJ’s mom’s cooking too. I don’t particular enjoy waking up and having a full Korean breakfast(fish,soup,rice, and kimchi), but everything is awesome. We are also planning on visiting her uncle’s orange farm which I am really excited about.

This week as started off well.  I had a pretty easy Monday for a change. The weather in Dongtan, Korea is scorching.  I am so ready for Fall to get here.

I get to skip the dentist tomorrow while taking JJ to the doctor for a routine procedure. Also, my mom should be getting out of the hospital soon. Hopefully, my mom will regain her strength quickly and be ready to plan JJ and my wedding ceremony.

We are also in the middle of planning for two vacation and a move home.  We have about two months left in Korea and before we go back we are going to Jeju which is an island off the southern coast of Korea.  I am stoked about the Jeju trip.  I hope to get a lot of pictures.  You can be sure that I will be posting them here.  We will also visit Honolulu on our way home.  We hope to spend about 5 nights checking out the island.  I really want to do the Lost tour since we have just stated watching the show and becoming slowly addicted to it.

I ordered two 2gb CF cards tonight.  That brings my total to about 7 GB.  I think that will be enough for now, but still wanna pick up one or two more.  This post is scrambled like my brain.

Dongtan Questions

If you have sent me an email asking about Dongtan or Korea in general, sorry for the late replies. I still have at least 3 more emails to answer. I have been in the middle of redesigning the blog and planning a vacation. At a later date I do plan on having a post with information all about Dongtan. I do seem to answer the same questions over and over and probably will end up just publishing the email that I write here on the blog.
